Achilles St. Louis
The St. Louis chapter of Achilles International transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection. Since 1983, Achilles International has empowered over 150,000 athletes of all ages and ability levels to participate in endurance events around the globe.

Belleville Running Club
The Belleville Running Club is a running group based out of Belleville, Illinois, USA. Our group meets on a regular basis in or around Belleville, IL.

Big Hump Hash House Harriers
The hash is a kind of "hare and hounds" game. One or two people are the hares, and they lay a trail of flour for the pack to follow and there is beer, water, and snacks in the middle and end. Non competitive, walkers welcome.

Big River Running Company
Running is more fun and you’re often more motivated when you run with other people or running clubs. Runners and walkers of all ages, paces and fitness levels are welcome at our weekly Monday Night Group Runs that meet all year long and our Pub Runs that take place every few months. Invite your neighbor. Bring your dog. Push a stroller. The more the merrier at our FREE group runs.

Bike Stop Cafe Running Team
Ready to run, but you're looking for a group to help keep you motivated? This is the group for you!
We'll do an out & back 5k or more on the beautiful Katy trail. We will adjust our time and distance to the running group's needs. We have runners of varying speeds and skill sets, so no need to worry!
Meet at the Bike Stop Cafe 701 S Riverside Dr. 63301. Sneakers hit the trail at 7 prompt.

The Daily Run Club is a group of runners based out of Washington, Mo and surrounding areas that enjoy logging daily miles. The club has grown into something more than that over the last years. Now you can depend on the club for inspiration, group runs and challenges, and accountability.

We are a social club located in the Dogtown with a mix of beginners and advanced runners. We seek to inspire & engage the St. Louis running community through creating a safe & fun environment for runners of all levels and abilities.

Eureka Run Club
We are an inclusive nonprofit organization created to provide residents of greater Eureka, MO with a supportive group environment that encourages and educates its members on the benefits of participating in the sport of running.
We host regular weekly group runs led by community volunteers. These runs are for all experience levels and backgrounds. Walkers are more than welcome.

Field Theory Run Club
Run Club, a brand new running lifestyle ecosystem powered by Field Theory and our partner brands like Satisfy, District Vision, Norda, bringing people together who share a love for exploration, performance and design. Fleet Feet Des Peres
Social runs are officially underway at Fleet Feet Des Peres on Monday evenings! The routes follow a beautiful residential course through Des Peres suburbs and into surrounding subdivisions. All the roads traveled have sidewalks regularly populated by runners.

Fleet Feet South County
Join us every Saturday for a fun, welcoming group run designed for all paces and experience levels. Doors open at 7:45 AM, so come a little early to check in, meet the crew, and get ready to run by 8:00am. The store will reopen at 9:00am for purchases, bathrooms and changing rooms. This Social Runs will be a great way to kick off your weekend together!

Fleet Feet St. Charles
Come run with us Thursday evenings at Fleet Feet St. Charles for a fun group run with local runners and members of our Fleet Feet St. Louis community. Training room doors open at 5:45pm, and the run will begin promptly at 6pm. The routes follow a beautiful residential course through St. Charles suburbs along Muegge Road and into surrounding subdivisions. All the roads traveled have sidewalks and/or wide shoulders regularly populated by runners. The out-and-back course layout allows participants to run any distance between 1 and 5 miles.

Happy's Running Club, St. Louis
Happy's Running Club is a low key, extra chill, super dance vibe of a running group. We welcome everyone from 6-minute-milers to run-walkers to just-drinkers. Dogs and strollers welcome, too. There's a secure gear drop at the start and drink specials all night long.

This group is open to female runners in the St. Charles County area who just want to get some miles in with other women. Not fast. Not training. Just a friendly group of women who want some exercise and friendship.

Running Niche Run Club
Meets once per week for 3-mile social run or walk. The 2nd Wednesday of each month is Beer Run night with complimentary beverages provided by Urban Chestnut. Generally, 40-60 folks show up.

STL Runners
We are a group of trail runners that meet year-round around the St. Louis and St. Charles greater areas. Runs are typically in the mornings and evenings but we also have night runs. Pace and distance will vary, though we’ll usually run anywhere between 4 and 8 miles. Anyone is invited to attend and there are no membership fees.

The St. Louis Hash House Harriers (STLH3) is a diverse group of adventurers who have been keeping the tradition of hashing alive in St. Louis for over 40 years. We are the home for St. Louis runners and walkers who prefer an expedition over a race, shunning the treadmill for the unknown.
St. Louis Running Club
We are a welcoming group of runners of various paces, generally from the upper 7s to 10 minutes per mile. All are welcome. There is presently no fee to join our club.

SLUGs focuses on empowering runners of all skill levels in the joys and challenges of endurance and ultra running. We meet for weekly trail runs in distances of 4-10+ miles. All paces and distance runners welcome, you do not have to be a paid member to join the runs.
