We're thrilled to announce the return of the St. Louis Half Marathon and 5K for another exciting year!

This marks the 42nd consecutive year of the St. Louis Classic Road Race.

The scenic Forest Park remains the centerpiece attraction for the Half Marathon, with both the start and finish lines located on the Blvd. in front of The Muny.

Safety and Health Guidelines:

• As always, the well-being and health of all participants are our top priority.

• We are committed to adhering to the guidelines provided by the CDC, the State of Missouri, and the City of St. Louis to ensure a safe event.

Event Specifics:

• Location: The Muny, Forest Park - 1 Theater Dr, St. Louis, MO 63112

Race Start Times:

• Half Marathon: Begins at 7:30 am with a 15-minute start window (an earlier start for walkers).

• 5K: Starts at 8:00 am with a 15-minute start window.

Prizes and Awards:

• Half Marathon: Prize money awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female overall finishers.

• 1st place: $500

• 2nd place: $250

• 3rd place: $100

• Age Group Awards: Recognizing the top 3 finishers in each age group, male and female.

• 5K: Overall awards for the top 3 male and female finishers.

Packet Pickup:

• Packet pickup will be available on three days:

• Friday, November 10, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at The Running Niche store located at 1601 Tower Grove Ave., St. Louis, MO, 63110.

• Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at The Muny.

• Sunday, November 12, 2023, from 6:15 am to 7:15 am for Half Marathon participants and until 7:45 am for 5K participants at The Muny.

• You are permitted to pick up the packet of a friend or family member, and there is no need for Track Club permission.

Parking:

• Parking is available in the Visitor Center lot, upper Muny lot, and on the streets within Forest Park (except where designated as no parking zones).

• Please note that the lower Muny lot will be closed.

• Several entrances to Forest Park will close by 7:15 am. If you plan to arrive after that time, please use the Hampton St entrance to Wells, through the McKinley Circle, and head north on Summit.
