The St. Louis Track Club would like to announce the return of its popular marathon training program. Whether you are training for your first race or a repeat customer, we welcome you. All paces are welcome and encouraged! You will improve your running, make friends, and learn of new places to run. The program is free, but you must be a member of the St. Louis Track Club:

Also, new this year, everyone will be required to sign a waiver at their first training session attendance.

Entry Guidelines: Runs start at 7:00 a.m. sharp but arrive early because parking can get crowded. Please carry a water bottle. Keep in mind you should be running or walking during the week to ensure your increased ability on the “long runs”.
