2021 St. Louis Track Club Training


The St. Louis Track Club would like to announce the return of its popular marathon training program in 2021!


Katie Evans (, who has completed many marathons will be your training coordinator. Joining the group this year will be some Track Club Board members and longtime participants to help with the runs. 


Please contact her with any questions you may have about the program. Whether you are training for your first race or a repeat customer, we welcome you. All paces are welcome and encouraged! You will improve your running, make friends, and learn of new places to run. The program is free, but you must be a member of the St. Louis Track Club:

Also, everyone will be required to sign a waiver before their first training session attendance. This can be done online or in person at the training run. LINK TO WAIVER


To receive details regarding all group runs, directions, training tips, and other important information, please join St. Louis Track Club Marathon Training Group on Facebook. 


Entry Guidelines: Runs start at 7:00 a.m. sharp but arrive early because parking can get crowded. Please carry a water bottle. Keep in mind you should be running or walking during the week to ensure your increased ability on the “long runs”. If the weather is very warm, we may start earlier!
