The St. Louis Track Club would like to announce the return of its popular marathon training program with some additions in 2019!

NEW THIS YEAR, WE ARE ADDING HALF MARATHON AND 5K TRAINING PROGRAMS IN ADDITION TO OUR MARATHON PROGRAM!

Ron Golan (rgolan11@gmail.com) and Bill McCoy (wildbill2553@hotmail.com), each of whom have completed many marathons and ultra-marathons will be your training coordinators. Joining them this year is Katie Evans (phelpskl@icloud.com) to assist with the marathon program and to lead the half marathon/5K groups.

Contact them with any questions you may have about the program. Whether you are training for your first race or a repeat customer, we welcome you. All paces are welcome and encouraged! You will improve your running, make friends, and learn of new places to run. The program is free, but you must be a member of the St. Louis Track Club: www.stlouistrackclub.com/membership/join-renew

Also, new this year, everyone will be required to sign a waiver at their first training session attendance.

Entry Guidelines: Runs start at 7:00 a.m. sharp but arrive early because parking can get crowded. Please carry a water bottle. Keep in mind you should be running or walking during the week to ensure your increased ability on the “long runs”.
