Departing from The Schlafly Tap Room or Schlafly Bottleworks. Runs vary in length from 3 miles to 6 miles. Again all paces are welcome and we try to match people when possible.

South City Store (5352 Devonshire Ave, St. Louis), O’Fallon store (2548 Highway K, O’Fallon, MO) and University City (606 North and South Rd) store. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome. Dogs and strollers, too! A short route (3-4 miles) and long route (6-7 miles) are offered at each location. (updated 2/14)

The Hill Running/Walking Club
Berra Park (at the corner of Macklind and Shaw on The Hill). We have a

Happy’s Running Club
Meets at City Park Grill (3157 Morganford Rd.) for 5,000 meters (or 3.1 miles, whichever you prefer). Meets at the Forest Park Visitors Center. St. Louis Frontrunners is a not-for-profit, non-competitive club for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Straight-Allied (LGBTS) runners and walkers of all abilities. Run/Drink with RunWell, MCT Trail Network
RunWell is located at 100 E. Vandalia Street, Edwardsville, IL 62025.  We run an out-and-back route of 5-6 miles on the MCT Trail network.  Get your mid-week accountability run in!  After the run, we head to Stagger Inn for food and drinks!  All paces and distances welcome!  We run an out and back, so you can go as far (or not), as you want.  You will need a headlamp or flashlight!

Fleet Feet’s Sunset/Sunrise Social Runs
Routes vary from 3 to 5 miles (depending on location). Sunrise is year-round at 7 am from the South County Store. Sunset is Thursday evenings at 6 pm Labor day through Memorial Day at rotating locations

Meet at YMCA in Edwardsville meet for 5M+ runs.

Saturday Mornings at 7:00 am
Missouri Running Club (MORC)
Meet at area coffee/breakfast places around the St. Louis area at 7:00am between Memorial Day and Labor Day and 7:30am the rest of the year. Routes are between 10-15 miles or so, which many people adjust up or down. The group has a variety of paces (7:30-9:30+) and are especially interested in adding runners between 9:00-10:00 pace.
