Why did you start running/walking: To relieve stress the first time I was in college

Running/walking since: 1975

SLTC member since: First time in 1981?  second time since 1992?

How did you learn about the SLTC: Too long ago to remember, or simply a senior moment.

Weekly mileage: Depends on the job, varies from 12 to 30 miles

Favorite place to run/walk: Trails in Castlewood State Park, Chubb Trail, Greensfelder County Park, Rockwoods Reservation

Favorite workout: Pere Marquette Endurance Trail Run course, still trying to do the whole thing without walking.

Most satisfying performance: 53+ miles in 12 hours at Flatlanders Ultra in 2006

Favorite SLTC event: The entire Frostbite Series

What do you like about the SLTC: The effect it has on the well being of so many people.

What do you want others to know about you: I'm still trying to improve, despite knowing I'll always fall short.
