when looking for events on the SLTC website Weekly mileage: 40-50 miles Favorite place to run/walk: Rec Plex Trail, Lost Valley Trail Favorite workout: 400s on the track Most satisfying performance: My first marathon - Dallas Whiterock in
1983. I ran 2:26:39. That was before I knew what I was doing. Favorite SLTC event: Frostbite Series What do you like about the SLTC: Great group of people that really support running. You always know you’ll see a friend at the
local races. They do a great service
to the running community. What do you want others to know about you: I love to run and
hope to run for a long time. I want
to share that with my kids because it builds character and it’s a good group
of people. |
