run/walk: Forest Park bike path Favorite workout: 2 mile fast walk after some weight lifting Most satisfying
performance: finishing my first

about the SLTC: the camaraderie What do you want others to know about you: I’m a professional clown. I’m part-time mascot for Old Country Buffet
and Norton the Penguin for North Star Ice Cream. I do lots of volunteer work for the St. Louis Zoo, I’m on
several committees and do costume characters. My best friends are Fredbird, Ronald McDonald, clowns, face
painters, costume characters, and, of course, St. Louis Track Club members. |
