Why did you start running/walking: to relieve stress and be able to get exercise while traveling
and not having to worry about gym availability/memberships

How did you learn about the SLTC: from my running mentor, Carol North
Weekly mileage : 20 miles +/-
Favorite place to run/walk: Creve Coeur Lake, Forest Park, Wydown, Francis Park
Favorite workout: anything that doesn't involve speed training
Favorite performance: interval training I did on the old CBC track when I ran a 7:29 mile....of
course no one was around to witness it, though
Favorite SLTC event: The Frostbite Series without a doubt!
What do you like about the SLTC: the motivation you get
