it Weekly mileage: run 8 to 10 miles, aqua aerobics 3 times a week, and
play tennis Favorite place to run/walk: 5 mile course in Kirkwood Favorite workout: aqua aerobics Most satisfying performance: running in the Boston Marathon when I was 71
years old Favorite SLTC event: Fair St. Louis What do you like about the SLTC: The people are so friendly. I like the runs and it is a great
organization. What do you want others to know about you: I like to travel to
Mexico and Florida. I went to Las
Vegas and was on Jack LaLane’s TV show. |
