How did you learn about the SLTC: Friends at races

Miles per week: 30-50 plus elliptical and spinning cross-training

Favorite places to run: Katy Trail, Al Foster Trail

Favorite workout: 20-mile marathon training runs

Favorite performance: 2001 10K Fair St. Louis: 35:31; First marathon, 2002 Chicago: 2:49:29; 2007 NYC Half Marathon: 1:22:34; our mixed masters team winning the River to River Relay in 2000

Favorite SLTC event: It used to be the Fair St. Louis 10K, which was the highlight of the running season and the most competitive race in St. Louis. Another great race was the Handicap Stadium 10K that finished in Busch Stadium and was started in waves depending on your age/gender. Now I like the Fall Half Marathon.

What do you want others to know about you: Gardening and Bikram Yoga are two of my other favorite activities.
