	10 Great Reasons to Join the St. Louis Track Club!
	1. The St. Louis Track Club is a club for everyone - not just elite runners. The St. Louis Track Club offers support to runners and walkers and helps everyone have more rewarding experiences. NO MATTER what one’s ability, there is a place for you in the St. Louis Track Club.
	2. The St. Louis Track Club is a not-for-profit organization and has nearly 1000 members. Being a member gives you the opportunity to give something back to the sport and the satisfaction that you are building the foundation and opportunities that encourage others to take up a healthful lifestyle.
	3. The St. Louis Track Club sponsors numerous events throughout the year for people of every age and ability: the Frostbite series, a spring road series, summer pace runs, a track series, and Wednesday night informal runs from the Forest Park Visitor’s Center.
	4. The St. Louis Track Club Marathon training program is a 12-week program, which includes weekend runs throughout the St. Louis area and enables runners to obtain informal advice from veteran members.
	5. The St. Louis Track Club provides support to local youth and health-oriented programs, including honoring an All-Metro high school cross country team at the St. Louis Track Club annual awards banquet.
	6. Members receive the Track Time News monthly newsletter, which offers a complete calendar of upcoming events, results of club races, entry forms, and interesting articles by members.
	7. The St. Louis Track Club Website offers race results, calendar of activities, pictures, links to many running paths, and links to other clubs in the area. Check out www.stlouistrackclub.com.
	8. The St. Louis Track Club holds bimonthly open meetings that have relevant programs, speakers, and clinics. The St. Louis Track Club holds an annual picnic that is free for members.
	9. St. Louis Track Club members pay a reduced rate at St. Louis Track Club events. Low annual dues are only $30 for the entire family.
	10. St. Louis Track Club logo apparel is available at reasonable prices.
