To add your event to our calendar (it's FREE!), please fill out ALL fields below and then press the SUBMIT button. Note that the calendar is updated weekly, so it may take up to 7 days for your event to be listed.
If you would like an entry form attached to your event (that's FREE TOO!), send your form to sltcwebmaster@yahoo.com after you submit your event. We prefer pdf files, but we can convert Microsoft Word files to pdf for you (but note that sometimes the conversion is messy due to special fonts or pictures you may have used).
Also note that a phone number is required. Why? Because this calendar is also included in our monthly printed newsletter (FREE AGAIN!). Our members have asked that the calendar entries in the newsletter include a phone number rather than a website or e-mail address.
